Pubblicato il 14-08-2026 - Robert Bosch in TorinoCompany DescriptionBosch Engineering GmbH Italy is the Bosch Group company specialized in the development of advanced engineering solutions and engineering services for international clients.Thanks to strong technological know-how and multidisciplinary expertise, Bosch Engineering operates across the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors, supporting customers in the development of highly innovative technological solutions.Job DescriptionTo support a new business development project within the Aviation & Defense sectors, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Developer with solid experience in Defense and Aerospace environments.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Defense & Aviation sectors, with a primary focus on the Defense market and a dedicated component related to scouting and business development activities in the Aviation sector.The role will work closely with management and technical teams to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support business growth at a national level.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities within the Defense sectorIdentify key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic clientsManage commercial prospecting activities and relationship network developmentPromote engineering services and component development solutionsDrive cross-selling initiatives and support the development of transversal competenciesBuild and consolidate strategic partnerships with major industry players and institutionsCollaborate with industrial and consulting partners to access new projectsSupport the definition of commercial offers together with Project LeadersManage commercial negotiation activitiesConduct scouting and business development activities within the Aviation sectorSupport partnership development and acquisition of new business opportunitiesManage relationships with clients and industry partnersQualificationsDegree in Engineering, preferably in one of the following fields: Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical EngineeringAt least 2–4 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within Defense, Aerospace / Aviation, Engineering ServicesExperience managing complex clients and structured industrial environmentsFamiliarity with commercial dynamics in military or aerospace sectorsStrong commercial attitude and networking skillsExcellent negotiation and proposal development capabilitiesDynamic and results-oriented mindsetAbility to work in projects under development and growth phasesAvailability for frequent business travel across Italy (30–50%)LanguagesItalian: C1/C2 levelEnglish: C1 levelGerman: nice to haveIn line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range 45.000 - 60.000 for a 40-hour work week.
