/li liEngage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
/li liHelp organize and execute online events, such as webinars, live streams and QA sessions.
/li liMonitor community feedback and report insights to inform content strategy.
/li liSupport the creation of content, including blog posts, newsletters and social media updates.
/li liCollaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive engagement.
/li liAssist in moderating online discussions to ensure a positive environment.
/li liStay updated with social media trends and community management best practices.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
/li liFamiliarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
/li liExperience or coursework in communications, marketing, digital media or related field.
/li liAbility to create engaging content aligned with brand voice.
/li liUnderstanding of community dynamics and fostering engagement.
/li liProficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social.
/li liExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
/li liPassion for building and nurturing online communities.

/li liBasic understanding of SEO principles.
