Job Description
Position Summary
The Manager, Site Business Enablement will support the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement,with a focus on driving efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Procurement Lead, Site Business Enablement, this role will partner with site and functional stakeholders toidentify, prioritize, and implement opportunities that deliver measurable P&L; impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements.
This position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple sites.
Key areas of focus may include tail spend optimization, support of site category strategy implementation, catalog strategy expansion, and change management activities enabling adoption and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable forthe identification and execution of cross-site value generation andharmonization opportunities.
Partner with site Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and implementation of priority initiatives.
Analyzespend, process, and operational data toidentifyopportunities for efficiency, cost avoidance, and improved business performance across sites.
Drivetailspendoptimization efforts through spend analysis, opportunity assessment, solution implementation, andtracking ofbenefit realization.
Enableimplementation and expansion of catalog strategies to improve adoption and efficiency.
Contribute to operational excellence byidentifyingprocess improvements and standardization opportunities.
Manage andmonitorchange management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Accountable for monitoringproject progress, trackingbenefits, and communicatingresults, risks, and dependenciestoleadership.
Developand implementscalable, repeatable approaches that enhance operational consistency across sites.
Contribute todeliveryof P&L; impact through savings, efficiency gains, and value realization.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and business value delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 6years of experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, business enablement, ora relateddiscipline.
Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Experience with category management, spend optimization, catalog strategy, or process improvementstronglypreferred.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Ability tooperatewith a high degree of accountability, urgency, and professionalism.
Experience supporting change management and implementation activities preferred.
