On behalf of our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking a Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in integrating and developing financial processes that align both local operations and global business needs.
This leadership role involves managing complex financial issues, driving long-term planning, and actively contributing to the overarching corporate strategy.
Financial Accuracy: Ensure the timely and accurate closing of monthly financials, coordinating all interim local steps.
Drive the preparation and management of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for operating expenses, providing detailed variance analysis.
Performance Tracking: Deliver monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage revenue recognition, oversee credit management policies, and actively monitor cash-flow optimization.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local statutory requirements, corporate policies, and regulatory standards.
Internal Controls: Maintain, review, and enhance internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
Contract Review: Evaluate proposed commercial contracts,
recommending strategic adjustments to mitigate risk and maximize financial agevolazioni.
Tax & Audit Management: Manage relationships with external auditors and consult with Tax and Legal advisors to ensure full compliance.
Strategic Advisory & Systems Optimization Business Partnership: Proactively advise business leaders on complex financial accounting issues, reporting standards, and transaction structuring.
ERP & Process Innovation: Master the ERP data flow - SAP - to champion process improvement initiatives and support system implementations.
Corporate Initiatives: Actively participate in and support corporate-driven global projects.
Team Guidance: Lead, supervise, and mentor direct reports across General Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
Talent Development: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, motivating, and developing the finance team.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience - Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including 3 to 4 years in a managerial role.
Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and extensive, hands?on experience with SAP.
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English (essential for collaborating with global corporate teams).
