Field Sales Engineer

We're looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our Sales team based in Pioltello, Italy.
What you'll do: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and customer visits.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding your territory.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through to closure.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and successful project execution.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets.
What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
At least 2 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, account management, or B2 B business development.




Strong understanding of technical customer requirements and solution selling.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Nice to have Experience in the electrical cable industry, electrical products, automation, or related technical sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
