Senior Labor Legal Counsel
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Labor Legal Counsel.
What you will be doing
For a multinational company operating in the transportation sector, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with proven experience in Labor Relations.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel Italy and will be responsible for managing legal matters in the employment law area, supporting the business in both strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on employment law matters (both individual and collective) to support HR and management Manage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms where necessary Support extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, transformations) from a labor law perspective Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations Handle disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processes What you bring with you Law degree and admission to the Bar 5-7 years of post?qualification experience (PQE) in employment law gained in reputable law firms or corporate environments In-depth knowledge of Italian employment law Strong negotiation, problem?solving, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Pay transparency: the Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this role starts at 65 K euros gross per year, plus premio and an interesting benefits package.
This figure represents the minimum of the salary range established for the position.
The financial offer may therefore increase based on several factors, including professional experience, technical skills, educational background, soft skills, attitude, and how well the profile aligns with the responsibilities and objectives of the role.
