About The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced C# Back-End Developer to join our engineering team.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core back-end systems that power Hercle's trading and infrastructure platforms.
Your work will directly support mission-critical services that operate at high throughput and low latency in dynamic digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable back-end systems using C#.
Implement APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines that integrate with internal and external systems.
Collaborate closely with trading, product, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize system performance and ensure stability in high-frequency, low-latency environments.
Write clean, maintainable,
and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the development team.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure automation.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years of experience developing back-end systems in C#/.
NET.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and distributed systems.
Experience working with SQL and No SQL databases.
Solid understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to take ownership of deliverables.
