log file analysis, etc.
Performance?related troubleshooting Root cause analysis of critical issue tickets Storage Fabric OS firmware upgrade Troubleshoot software configuration issues (shelf, disk, cf, ic, etc.) Worked with ITSM tools like Service Now Prepared technical documents on relevant topics Skills Mandatory Skills: HP?Storage, EMC Storage Seniority level
