/p h3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pWe're looking for a motivated IT Service Management Intern to support our IT Service Manager in daily operations, service coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will develop AI models to help our system to thrive and evolve.

/p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liIT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow?up.
/li liIT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification.
/li liTechnical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
/li liProcess Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.
/li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science or a similar discipline; /li liStrong analytical and problem?solving mindset; /li liGood communication skills and a service?oriented attitude; /li liAbility to work collaboratively within a team; /li liCuriosity and attitude to learn; /li liReliability and attention to details; /li liAbility to manage time and priorities effectively; /li liTeam?oriented mindset.
