We are looking for a dedicated Barista for our store in Milano Portello.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of cold and hot dishes according to the food?court recipes.
/li liCooking of items such as sandwiches, pizzas, first courses and second courses.
/li liManagement of the service counter, ensuring order and cleanliness.
/li liPackaging of takeaway products.
/li liCustomer service with courtesy and professionalism.
/li liCompliance with hygiene and food?safety regulations.
/li liCleaning of workstations and equipment.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBarista skills for preparing coffee, cappuccinos, espressos and other beverages.
/li liAbility to operate various equipment such as ovens, microwaves, griddles and fryers.
/li liKnowledge of allergens and food intolerances.
/li liComfort with public contact and stress?management.
/li liPrevious experience as a food?service assistant or similar role is an advantage.
/li liExcellent communication and customer?relation skills.
/li liCapability to work autonomously and in a team.
/li liCustomer?orientation and problem?solving aptitude.
/li liAvailability to work on flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
