/ppAs bHSE Officer /b, you will respond to the bHS Domestic Onshore Projects Manager /b and be part of the bHSE Function /b within bthe HSE EC ONSHORE PROJECTS Department /b.
/ph3How can you support us?
Here below your responsibilities: /h3ullibImplementation and Monitoring of the HSE System /b /liliSupport the application of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at the site.
/liliVerify the adequacy of the Site HSE Plan, update documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
/lilibRisk Assessment and Operational Controls /b /liliPerform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA).
/liliSupervise Subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures.
/lilibHSE Training, Awareness, and Communication /b /liliOrganize and coordinate training activities, HSE meetings, and awareness programs.
/liliPromote personnel indoctrination and the dissemination of HSE culture.
/lilibInspections, Audits, and Incident Management /b /liliPlan and participate in inspections, audits, and HSE walk-arounds.
/liliManage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
/lilibReporting, Statistics,

and Continuous Improvement /b /liliPrepare periodic HSE reports and update site statistics.
/liliMonitor performance against objectives and propose recovery/improvement plans.
/li /ulh3What are we looking for?
/h3pbEducation: /b Technical degree or high school diploma /ppbExperience: /b 2-5 years' experience preferably in structured industrial companies.
/ppbTechnical Skills: /b Knowledge of HSE management systems, Risk assessment and hazard management expertise, Audit, inspection, and HSE reporting capabilities, HSE training and communication skills, Emergency management and incident response.
