The Social Hub in Rome is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during shifts.
You will welcome guests, handle requests, coordinate with housekeeping and F&B;, and look for moments to upgrade guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hospitality, a calm presence during busy moments, strong people skills, and fluency in English and Italian; familiarity with modern hotel systems is a plus.
