pNelson Miller Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to lead full-cycle, multi-state payroll for all US sites.
You will own the payroll process, manage related records and reports, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
Travel up to 10% for training or as needed.
/ppThe role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in multi-state payroll; five years preferred.
Strong skills in HRIS, payroll software, Excel, and data accuracy are essential.
