ph3What You'll Do /h3 ul liManage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and collections.
/li liReconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
/li liPrepare monthly AR reports and assist in forecasting receivables.
/li liAssist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
/li liSupport month-end and year-end closing activities.
/li liAssist with VAT filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
/li liCollaborate with other departments on customer invoicing matters, ensuring accurate billing and timely resolution of invoicing-related issues.
/li liProvide support to the accounting teams in Italy and Denmark on finance-related matters.
/li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
/li li2 - 4 years of experience in similar roles /li liFluent in Italian and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
/li liStrong understanding of electronic invoicing processes, including SDI, in compliance with Italian tax regulations.
/li liStrong command of Excel and ERP/accounting software, prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a plus.
/li liAttention to detail: Precision in handling financial data and generating reports.
