ppAs an EDI Coordinator / Developer, you are responsible for analyzing, implementing, managing, and continuously optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections between Rhenus Overland, its customers, carriers, and external partners.
You play a key role in ensuring seamless, reliable, and efficient data exchange across the organization and its ecosystem.
/p pYou manage EDI initiatives end to end—from initial requirements and analysis through implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.
Acting as a central link between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners, you help improve information flows, business processes, and system integrations in a dynamic logistics environment.
/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul lipAnalyze business and technical requirements for EDI integrations with customers, carriers, and partners /p /li lipDesign, implement, monitor, and optimize EDI connections and message flows /p /li lipManage EDI projects from initiation through completion,
including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders /p /li lipAct as the primary interface between business, IT, and integration partners for EDI-related topics /p /li lipEnsure stability, performance, and data quality of EDI interfaces /p /li lipSupport troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root-cause resolution for EDI issues /p /li lipContribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes, standards, and documentation /p /li lipSupport the adoption of new technologies and integration patterns where relevant /p /li /ul h3bCollaboration Stakeholder Management /b /h3 ul lipWork closely with colleagues across operations, customer service, IT, and data teams /p /li lipCoordinate with external customers, carriers, and integration partners /p /li lipCommunicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at different technical and business levels /p /li lipContribute to a team-oriented, collaborative working environment /p /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
