Solid medicines such as tablets and dry powders for inhalers, solutions and suspensions for inhalations, and sterile suspension vials for endotracheal administration are produced.
/li liIn ****, a new bBiotech Centre of Excellence /b has launched in Parma, dedicated to developing and producing monoclonal antibodies, enzymes, and other proteins.
/li libBlois?La Chaussée Saint Victor plant /b (France), a center of excellence specializing in the production of Dry Powder Inhalers and Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs).
The site manages direct distribution to customers in the French market and exports to other markets.
/li libSantana de Parnaiba /b (Brazil),



specialized in the production of pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (pMDIs) and also has an area dedicated to nasal sprays for the European market.
/li liIn ****, a new investment in bNerviano /b (Italy) has been announced with the construction of a new facility primarily dedicated to manufacturing carbon?minimal inhalers, dry powder inhalers and sterile biological products.
/li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pWe are searching for a Head of Operational Excellence at the Parma Site.
/p h3This is what you will do /h3 pThe Head of Operational Excellence drives operational excellence by streamlining site processes, maximizing productivity, and minimizing inefficiencies.
Champions team performance through proactive leadership, strategic guidance, and continuous alignment with global objectives, fostering impactful cross?functional collaboration.
/p h3You will be responsible for /h3 ul liLead operational excellence initiatives within the plant to improve efficiency, quality, and cost?effectiveness.
/li liImplement Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies at the site level.
/li liMonitor and analyze plant performance metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
/li liCollaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
/li liDrive waste reduction and productivity improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
/li liSupport digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new technologies at the plant.
/li liFacilitate training and coaching for plant teams to build a culture of continuous improvement.




/li liReport progress and outcomes to the Director of Operational Excellence and contribute to strategic planning.
/li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
/li li10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement roles.
/li liProven track record in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
/li liLeadership experience to manage collaborators.
/li liExcellent analytical and problem?solving abilities with a data?driven mindset.
/li liFluent in English.
/li /ul h3We would prefer for you to have /h3 pAdditional languages are a plus.
