This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of international business operations.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate directly with the Managing Director, participating in strategic meetings and supporting daily operations (e.g., preparing meeting materials, collecting feedback, and developing action plans).
/li liOrganize and coordinate management meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation management, and speaker coordination.
/li liTrack decisions from committee meetings and ensure follow-up actions align with company objectives.
/li liMonitor projects and initiatives led by local business directors to implement the Regional Director's strategy.
/li liDevelop and analyze ad?hoc reports and KPIs to support data?driven decision?making.
/li liWork with business directors to optimize processes and foster cross?regional collaboration.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul libEducation: /b Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
/li libLanguages: /b Fluent English and Italian (required); French is a plus.
/li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
/li liExcellent organizational and communication skills.
/li liProactive mindset with a willingness to explore new initiatives.
/li liAdaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
/li liExperience in roles related to business analysis, finance, management, or auditing.
