ppbTXT e-Tech /b is looking for a bUX/UI Designer /b, with at least 1 year's experience, to join the UX Design team, which is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank's digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation; /li liUX design and wireframe creation; /li liAccessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines; /li liManagement of the corporate design system; /li liCollaboration with development teams; /li liDesign quality assurance (QA); /li liCross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Required Technical Skills /h3 ul liExcellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems; /li liProven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems; /li liAbility to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
/li /ul h3Optional Technical Skills /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors; /li liPractical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
/li liFamiliarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.
/li /ul h3Education /h3 pHigh school diploma.
