/p pTo strengthen our team in bMilan /b we are currently looking for a: /p h3Technical Implementation specialist /h3 pWe are looking for a Technical Implementation specialist to join our Digital Experience team and support the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions for wealth management and financial institutions.
/p pIn this role, you will contribute to the implementation and operational support of our products across customer environments, working with product team through on different phases — from solution analysis, in collaboration with business analysts, through deployment, go?live and post-production support — ensuring high-quality delivery.
/p pThis is a hands?on role ideal for who enjoys technical execution, troubleshooting and collaboration in an international SaaS environment.
You will work across Delivery, DevOps and Support activities.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pIn Coordination with the Delivery Manager and supported by the product development team, the candidate will contribute to the following activities: /p ul liFollow the implementation lifecycle of one or more projects, including project analysis, solution configuration, deployment on customer environments (cloud and, where applicable, on?premise)
/li liAssist with the application deployment and configuration on container?based environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS services /li liSupport customers throughout the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go?live and post?go?live evolutive maintenance /li liCollaborate with client technical teams (IT, security, compliance teams) during implementation, with particular attention to the requirements of banking and wealth management clients /li liExecute troubleshooting in production, analysing structured logs, APM tools, distributed traces and observability platforms (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack) /li liContribute to incident analysis and root?cause investigation, working closely with the product development team /li liProduce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and implementation playbooks to standardize and scale delivery processes /li liWork in synergy with the product development team to feedback operational insights in a collaborative perspective of product improvement /li /ul h3Required Skills - Technical /h3 ul li2-4 years of experience in technical support, software delivery or implementation activities for enterprise software solutions /li liGood technical background with proven experience in Linux OS, microservices architectures /li liHands?on experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration on Kubernetes /li liWorking knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or equivalent) /li liFamiliarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS /li liAbility to read and reason about application code and logs (Java / Spring Boot or equivalent JVM stack) for troubleshooting purposes — no active feature development is required /li liExperience troubleshooting issues in production, including incident triage,
log analysis and coordination with development teams /li liExperience with observability tooling: structured logging, APM, distributed tracing, dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or comparable stacks) /li liFluent English /li /ul h3Required Skills - Delivery customer?facing /h3 ul liGood understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and of typical SaaS delivery lifecycles /li liHands?on and collaborative attitude, with willingness to learn and support different project activities /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders /li liStructured, root?cause oriented problem?solving mindset /li liAwareness of working in a regulated environment, with attention to security and data protection good practices (ISO *****, GDPR) /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrevious experience in financial services, wealth management, banking or other regulated industries /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure?as?code (Terraform, Helm) /li liScripting skills (Bash, Python) for diagnostics and lightweight automation /li liRelevant certifications (AWS, Kubernetes / CKA, ITIL) /li /ul h3Personal Profile /h3 ul liOrganized and reliable, with a practical and hands?on mindset /li liCurious and willing to grow in a technical delivery environment /li liProblem?solving mindset with a structured, root?cause approach /li liTrue relationship builder, comfortable in dynamic and client?oriented environments /li liTeam player, able to collaborate effectively with delivery, product and engineering colleagues.
