We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join Docebo's Finance team, supporting the Senior Credit Manager in Italy.In particular, the finance specialist will provide financial, clerical, and data analysis, while managing the entire invoicing process flow using Suite billing and accounting system to ensure efficiency and accuracy in customer accounts and billing.





The ideal candidate will thrive on the blend of autonomy and teamwork while helping build out the best practices for this new role but also be focused on meeting tight deadlines for Docebo statutory accounts and audits.The Day-to-DayPrepare and manage analysis on Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts, as required.Check and release invoices through NetSuite Suite Billing.Manage Cash application, GL accounts reconciliation of receivables, including AR aging, bad debt exposure.Support the monthly closing and quarterly activities related to Receivables, coordinating with the Local Financial accountant.Support the team with Cash Flow activities (Actual/Forecast).Handle customers' cash receipts application and DSO.Assist auditors with their requests and questions quarterly, at mid-year, and end of year.Assist any other areas of the Financial Accounting Department as necessary.Contribute to Treasury functions, record customer and third-party payments, and support the team with Cash Flow activities (Actual/Forecast).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting.English as a 2nd language (B2/C1 level).Good knowledge of Accounting and accounting principles.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Package / G-suite.Premio PointsPrevious experience at least 2-3 years in Receivables/ General Ledger department in a Multinational company,



preferably in the software industry.Previous Knowledge of Netsuite.French as a 2nd language (B2/C1 level).Knowledge on new AI software that can support on the day to day activities.Ability for some international travel as needed.Our Hybrid Work Philosophy Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further.
