Within the Customer Support Services Training area, we are looking for a Material Management Specialist for our office in Vergiate (VA). The mission is to execute end-to-end material management activities, from requirements planning to supply execution, ensuring alignment between demand, procurement and supply performance through coordination of internal and external stakeholders. /ph3Key activities are: /h3olliManage material requirements based on demand inputs, ensuring proper definition of quantities, timing and sourcing strategy; /liliExecute or support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy of planning data; /liliGenerate and manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely conversion into Purchase Orders / Transfer Orders; /liliEnsure proper alignment between demand, planning and procurement functions; /liliManage assigned material supply sources (Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, Local Suppliers); /liliCollect, consolidate and monitor supply plans ensuring their consistency with demand priorities; /liliMonitor execution of supply plans, identifying delays, shortages and misalignments; /liliPerform expediting actions on supply flows and deliveries,



coordinating with responsible stakeholders; /liliAct as focal point for material issues and receiving anomalies, ensuring proper escalation and resolution; /liliManage material shortages and critical situations, defining and following up recovery actions; /liliProvide timely visibility on material availability, risks and recovery plans; /liliSupport prioritization decisions in case of constrained supply scenarios; /liliEnsure data consistency and updates across planning and execution systems; /liliMonitor inventory levels, backlog and supply performance for assigned materials; /liliContribute to continuous improvement of planning and supply processes. /li /olh3REQUIREMENTS: /h3pBachelor/Master Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent) or Technical Degree with 3 years experience in logistics, operations or supply chain. /ph3WHAT WE OFFER /h3pEngagement, recognition of skills, and a strong focus on people's well-being and safety are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
