/b Support travel arrangements, calendar management and appointment scheduling, and provide general support to Managing Directors in Italy.
/li libOperations support.
/b Admin support for day-to-day operations of business, CRM management and Health Safety support under managerial guidance.
/li libOffice management.
/b Participate in local event organization, working closely with our event team based in Germany, and provide local administrative support to the Office head.
/li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liUniversity student (BSc or MSc) or recent graduate in Humanities, Languages, communication, or international cooperation.
/li liFirst experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.
/li liAttention to detail and precise communication.
/li liSelf?assured appearance, comfortable in an international work environment.
/li liAbility to communicate confidently in Italian and English.
