/p h3bAbout the Role /b /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated and creative bJunior Social Media Operator /b to join our bonsite team in Lisbon /b.
In this role, you will work closely with the bCreator Relations Specialist /b to support content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
/p pThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, eager to learn, and ready to collaborate on campaigns that connect with millions of users.
/p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liCollaborate with the bCreator Relations Specialist /b to execute social media campaigns in coordination with influencer and creator partnerships.
/li liDraft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
/li liMonitor, comment and post on social media channels daily—supporting community engagement by responding to comments and interactions.
/li liCollect, organize, and review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign objectives.
/li liTrack content performance metrics and help prepare reports for internal teams.




/li liStay on top of social media trends, formats, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
/li liProvide administrative and coordination support for creator collaborations, events, and cross-team initiatives.
/li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liAround b1–2 years of experience /b in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects also considered).
/li liFamiliarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
/li liStrong written and verbal communication skills.
/li liHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
/li liCreative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats.
/li liTeam player with willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior colleagues.
/li liBased onsite in bLisbon /b (5 days/week).
/li liEnthusiasm for AI, productivity, and digital tools is a plus!
