The team is made up of bover 550 /bengineering, technical and project management professionals, united by the shared purpose of providing high‑quality engineering services for a better and more sustainable world. /p pTo expand our staff we are looking for a bSENIOR /b bPROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER /b dedicated to projects in the OilGas, chemical, petrochemical fields. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liCoordination and execution of Process Safety activities aimed at prevention and control of incidents that have the potential to release hazardous materials or energy, in FEED or Detailed Engineering project: ul liFire Explosion Analysis; /li liGas Dispersion Evaluation; /li liFlare Radiation Studies; /li liQuantitative Risk Analysis (QRA); /li liPipeline Risk Assessment; /li liDesign of Fire-Fighting Systems Mitigation Measures; /li liFG System Criteria; /li liFG Mapping; /li liFire Proofing Design; /li liActive Fire Fighting systems (water, gas, etc.); /li liHazardous Area Classification; /li liOffshore technical safety studies (Marin traffic interaction, Dropped object analysis, …) /li /ul /li liCoordination and execution of risk identification (or hazard identification) and operability activities in Basic/FEED as well as Detailed Engineering project: ul liHazard Identification Analysis (HAZID); /li liHazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP); /li liSafety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment and verification (IEC 61508 / 61511); /li liLayer of Protection Analysis (LOPA); /li liEmergency Systems Survivability Analyses (ESSA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analyses (EERA); /li liReliability, Availability,



Maintainability (RAMS); /li liRisk Based Inspection (RBI); /li liFailure analysis (FMEA-FMECA-FMEDA); /li /ul /li liCoordination and execution of Environmental activities in FEED or Detailed Engineering project: ul liNoise Studies; /li liAtmospheric dispersion; /li liReview and approve EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices; /li liParticipate in Layout, PlD, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc…; /li liProvide Process safety Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models; /li liReview any Project specific Risk Management Systems and criteria pertaining to Process safety. /li /ul /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pThe candidate must have the following requirements: /p ul liDegree in Engineering, preferably related to the Chemical or Safety field /li liExperience in the role of at least 5 years in the OilGas sector /li liExperience in the use of the following softwares (preferably): PHAST/SAFETY, Pipenet, Flaresim, RAMP, exSILentia, PHAPro or PHAWorks, Soundplan, Calpuff /li liFluent in Italian and in English (mandatory) /li liAbility to work in a team /li liProactivity and flexibility /li liWilling to business travel /li /ul pSede di lavoro: Milano, Roma /p pPer questa posizione è previsto un range retributivo annuo lordo compreso tra 45.000€ e 55.000€. /p pIl ruolo prevede l’applicazione del CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (H011). /p pBenefit e condizioni offerte: welfare, ticket restaurant, copertura sanitaria integrativa, flessibilità oraria e percorsi di formazione dedicati. /p pAl termine del processo di selezione, l’azienda potrà proporre una RAL differente rispetto a quanto indicato, in funzione dell’esperienza maturata e delle competenze tecniche e trasversali emerse durante i colloqui. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
