Kaigos is seeking an Automation Engineer to bring welding-robot deployments to production at customer sites.
You will sit between the customer and the robot to understand production problems, define solutions, and commission the system until it passes acceptance and welds parts that ship.
This role is hands-on and customer-facing, demanding the ability to ship, not just prototype.
You will lead deployment efforts and help build an autonomous automation function as the team grows.
