Institute Itech is a private research, development and technological innovation institute based in Italy with an international vision. It was created to transform scientific knowledge, advanced engineering and emerging technologies into concrete solutions for the environment, health, data intelligence, artificial intelligence, urban systems and technological infrastructure. Institute Itech is extending an exclusive invitation to a Co-Founder & Board Member — an individual of proven professional standing, financial solidity, and strategic vision who wishes to become an integral part of the Institute's institutional foundation.
The Founding Investor & Board Member will hold a formal seat within Institute Itech's governance structure, contributing strategic guidance, institutional credibility,



and network leverage alongside financial commitment.
The ideal candidate is a senior professional, entrepreneur, or institutional figure with a strong track record, an established network relevant to Institute Itech's areas of activity, and a genuine interest in the intersection of technology, sustainability, and international innovation. Hold a formal seat on Institute Itech's Board, participating in strategic planning and governance decisions
Contribute high-level guidance on organizational development, international positioning, and long-term vision
Support the definition and oversight of Institute Itech's strategic priorities across its flagship project portfolio
Participate in key institutional reviews, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
Participate in the structuring of investment rounds, capital allocation decisions, and financial strategy at board level
Leverage personal and professional networks to open strategic doors for Institute Itech across investment, institutional, and industrial ecosystems
Represent Institute Itech at high-level events, forums, and institutional engagements where appropriate
Project Portfolio Oversight
Contribute strategic input to the development and commercialization of Institute Itech's flagship projects: Support the identification of revenue generation, licensing, and partnership opportunities across the project portfolio
Participate in project milestone reviews and strategic pivots at governance level

Senior professional, entrepreneur, or institutional figure with a distinguished track record in business, finance, technology, or innovation
Established network within investment, institutional, industrial,



or governmental ecosystems — nationally or internationally
Genuine alignment with Institute Itech's mission across environmental innovation, AI, urban development, and applied technology
Fluent English (strongly preferred)
Fluent Italian (preferred)
Experience as board member, advisor, or investor in technology, research, or innovation-driven organizations
Background in finance, private equity, venture capital, or institutional investment
Existing relationships within European, Middle Eastern, or Asian investment and institutional ecosystems
Familiarity with IP-driven business models, deep-tech commercialization, or research institute governance
International profile with cross-cultural experience and multilingual capabilities

Formal equity participation in Institute Itech, structured to reflect the significance and nature of the commitment
Revenue share on selected flagship projects, tied to commercialization milestones and project performance
A formal Board seat with genuine governance influence over the Institute's strategic direction
Access to a proprietary portfolio of six flagship innovation projects with significant commercial and social impact potential
Visibility and institutional recognition as a Founding Investor & Board Member of Institute Itech

Financial participation, equity terms, revenue share structure, and governance rights will be defined individually based on the profile, commitment level, and strategic contribution of the selected candidate.
All terms will be discussed confidentially and exclusively during a private selection process.
