The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Vice President (EVP), helping drive strategic priorities across the Central and Southern Europe cluster. Working across multiple business units and countries, the role leads cross-functional initiatives, supports operational effectiveness, and fosters alignment on key business objectives. Acting as an extension of the EVP, the Chief of Staff facilitates decision‑making, communication, and execution to enable business performance and sustainable growth.
Which tasks can you expect?
Strategic Planning & Execution
Support the EVP in defining and tracking strategic priorities across the Central and Southern Europe cluster.
Prepare briefing materials, business cases, and decision documents for key meetings.
Translate high‑level goals into actionable plans.
Monitor progress on key projects and ensure follow‑through on action items.
Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks or misalignments across teams.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a liaison between the EVP and internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
Draft internal communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the EVP.
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across business units.
Decision Support & Analysis
Provide analytical support, insights and actionable recommendations to inform executive decisions.
Conduct research, synthesize data, and prepare recommendations on strategic topics.
Act as a sounding board for the EVP on complex or sensitive matters.
Special Projects
Lead or support high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that do not have a natural home in the organization.
Step in as interim project lead or problem‑solver where needed.
Experience
Significant experience in business or strategic consulting, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and operating effectively within complex, matrixed organisations.
High degree of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement.
Ability to identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement actions that support sustainable change.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian, Polish or German will be an asset.
Adaptable and resilient, with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
