Move with us for a better world! /ph3Your Role /h3pWe are presently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner International, who can balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands‑on implementer of all international day‑to‑day HR processes. /ppWorking in a fast‑paced, matrix‑structured organization and in collaboration with the global HQ HR CoE team, the individual will be a true generalist covering and managing all international facets of HR, including: People strategy alignment, Leadership coaching business support, acting as a people consultant to managers on HR‑related issues, Talent Management Development, Change Management, and Data Organizational Analysis. /ppThe HR Business Partner International is a corporate role and reports directly to the International HR Director. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliEffectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and global organizational design /liliEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well executed,
acting as a trusted advisor in all ER‑related matters /liliPartner with local HR leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high‑value people plans /liliProvide sound advice and coaching on all HR topics /liliMaintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business results /liliAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best‑in‑class HR business partner support to local leadership /liliDefine Recruiting needs and support the Talent Acquisition Process in the final steps /liliOnboard Develop Technogym talents (Next Gen) /liliDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning /liliProvide market labor trends and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure alignment on salaries and market conditions /liliEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well‑executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters /liliAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best‑in‑class HR business partner support to local leadership /li /ulh3About You /h3ulli8+ years’ HR experience as HRBP and/or HR Manager /liliExperience within a matrix organization and multinational environments /liliExperience in Direct Sales Company, Luxury brands, Sports Sector /liliAbility to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way /liliExperience in working with HR ERP systems, SAP/Successfactors, is nice to have /liliStrong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based fast on sound logic /liliBusiness Acumen and an ability to understand a PL and a scientific approach to sales /liliApproach “facts‑based” and “data‑driven” /liliProject management and execution skills /liliConfidentiality, transparency, and analytical approach /li /ulpPassion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro‑activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile /ph3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
