ppOur client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-quality additives, compounds, and color masterbatches for the plastics industry. /p pWe are seeking an bIndependent Sales Consultant /b in Italy to support the company’s expansion within a strategic agricultural films market segment. /p pThis is a flexible independent consulting opportunity for an experienced plastics industry professional with an established network in Italy. The consultant will collaborate closely with the VP Sales, Regional Director – EMEA, and the commercial team in Italy to support market development and customer engagement activities. The engagement will be structured around a flexible consulting arrangement with compensation aligned with business development outcomes. /p h3Major Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the company’s market expansion efforts within the Italian agricultural films sector. /li liLeverage existing industry relationships to facilitate introductions and develop new commercial opportunities. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with film producers, converters, technical decision makers, and key industry stakeholders. /li liIdentify customer needs and communicate relevant opportunities to the commercial and technical teams. /li liSupport the evaluation of potential projects, applications, and target accounts. /li liParticipate in customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions,



and follow-up activities as required. /li liCollaborate with the sales and technical teams to support the development of opportunities from initial contact through project evaluation and commercial discussions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMUST: Extensive experience in the plastics industry, ideally with exposure to polyolefins, compounds, additives, masterbatches, film applications, or related polymer processing sectors. /li liStrong network within the Italian plastics converting and agricultural films market. /li liBackground in technical sales, business development, product management, application engineering, technical service, or consulting within the plastics industry. /li liAbility to engage effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders. /li liGood understanding of film processing technologies and plastics manufacturing environments. /li liProfessional working proficiency in Italian and English. /li liSelf-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating in a consulting / project-based environment. /li liAvailability to travel within Italy as required for customer meetings and industry-related activities. /li /ul pCore Skills: Masterbatch / Additives / Compound Polymer Plastics Industry Sales, Direct sales Business Development Strategic Partnerships Market Expansion /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
