Through our recruitment, career development and employee-focused programming, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment where high-performance talent of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can build careers within this exciting and growing industry. /pbSummary /bbJob Description /bpAres Wealth Management Solutions (“AWMS”) is a leading global platform focused on expanding individual investors’ access to Ares’ leading private markets capabilities, by way of innovative investment solutions, educational resources, and long-term partnerships. /ppThe candidate will be assisting the firm’s strategic objectives related to the distribution of Ares’ private market capabilities across key private wealth partnerships, which will include working with leading global financial institutions and wealth distribution partners across EMEA, with particular focus on continental Europe. /pbPrimary Functions Essential Responsibilities /bulliSupport the business development and distribution efforts of the AWMS group globally, with particular focus on Southern Europe /liliClient focused role within the private wealth partnerships segment, covering clients such as Private Banks, Regional Banks, Wealth Managers and Family Offices. /liliProvide broad sales support and client servicing, proactively reaching out to existing and new clients/prospects to deliver timely follow-up and product updates /liliCollaborate closely with AWMS colleagues in the US and Asia, including real-time sharing of client intel and the upkeep of Salesforce,



including meeting notes and key contacts /liliWork closely alongside Product Development and Client Services teams to help onboard new client partnerships, assisting the launch of new products and ongoing servicing of new relationships from a platform distribution perspective /liliBuild and maintain a strong network across the firm to facilitate collaboration with Investment Management, Investor Relations, Product Management, Client Service, Marketing, Investment Operations and other key groups /li /ulbEducation/Certification /bulliMaster’s degree /liliEuropean passport holder /liliFluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages highly valued /li /ulbRequired Knowledge /bulliPrivate markets products and services knowledge /liliGood understanding of global wealth management and its corresponding distribution channels /liliProduct knowledge (SICAVs, Cayman Funds, AIFs, open ended/closed ended, etc.) /li /ulbRequired Experience /bulli3-5 years’ experience in asset management or private banking/wealth management /liliGlobal distribution model understanding /li /ulbSkills/Abilities /bulliHigh energy, enthusiasm and drive /liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy /liliWillingness to travel extensively /liliProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word /liliStrong communication and presentation skills /liliProblem solver with ability to research solutions and suggest resolutions /liliTakes initiative and has a strong work ethic /liliOutstanding written and oral presentation skills /liliExperience in a position requiring high integrity and sensitivity to confidential information /liliHighly motivated with ability to set priorities, multi-task and monitor own workload to meet demanding deadlines /li /ulbReporting Relationships /bpManaging Director, Wealth Management Solutions, EMEA /ppThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
