pulliBuild and Own the Infrastructure: Take FPA from a blank canvas to a structured machine. Own, run, and continuously iterate our management PL, business plan, and rolling forecasts. /liliDeep-Dive Data Analysis: Spend ~50% of your time analyzing cross-departmental data (COGS, margins, CAC, LTV, cost-per-lead) to uncover trends, efficiencies, and growth levers. /liliStrategic Planning: Partner with department heads and BizOps to build budgets and business plans, translating operational metrics into financial reality. /liliInvestor Board Relations: Support the Head of Finance and Founders in preparing board decks, financial reporting packages, and materials for fundraising/investor updates. /liliNavigate the Ambiguity: Spot financial gaps and discrepancies proactively. In our fast-paced environment, you will know exactly where "the fires" are and intentionally decide which ones to fight to move the needle. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli2–4 years of experience in FPA, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, MA, or Venture Capital. /liliA Builder's Mindset: Experience or a strong desire to build financial systems from scratch in a fast-growing, early-to-mid-stage startup. You are comfortable with duct-tape solutions today to build robust models for tomorrow.



/liliHeavyweight Excel Modeling Skills: Advanced modeling is your second language. You can build, stress-test, and debug complex management models with zero supervision. /liliSaaS Tech Literacy: A strong grasp of core subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, Churn, Margin structures) and how they connect to the PL. /liliRigor and Extreme Ownership: Zero-tolerance approach to untracked inaccuracies. If there’s a gap in the reconciliation, you won't rest until you know exactly where it is. /liliClear Communication: Ability to translate complex numbers into simple, compelling stories for founders, team leads, and top-tier investors. /liliAcademic Background: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Economics. /liliLanguage: Full professional proficiency in English (Italian is a plus, but not required). /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3pDemonstrates expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), advanced Excel modeling, and strategic financial planning.
