or equivalent demonstrable expertise /li /brli6+ years of full stack engineering experience with genuine depth across backend and frontend — not just surface familiarity /li /brliStrong Python backend skills: REST API design, async patterns, ORM, testing, and production operations /li /brliSolid React and TypeScript proficiency with Tailwind CSS; ability to own the frontend stack independently /li /brliAWS fluency: Lambda, ECS, RDS/Aurora, S3, SQS, CloudFront — comfortable with IaC (Terraform or CDK) /li /brliExperience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) is a strong plus — familiarity with AI-native development workflows highly valued /li /brliItalian C2 plus English at least B2 proficiency /li /brliExtreme ownership and proactivity: identifies problems before they escape and drives solutions to completion /li /brliEngineering rigor: strong opinions on code quality, testing, observability, and documentation /li /br /ul /brh3What we offer /h3 /brpWe offer employment in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p /brpGross annual salary ranging between 43K€ and 50K€.
