Job DescriptionConstance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Hygiene Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff. - Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programmes across all areas of the resort - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international health and safety standards - Train and supervise the hygiene team, providing guidance on best practices and procedures - Collaborate with department heads to address hygiene-related issues and implement improvements - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and stock control - Stay up-to-date with the latest hygiene technologies and methodologies, implementing innovations where appropriate - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on hygiene performance, incidents, and audit findings - Liaise with local health authorities and external auditors as required - Respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns related to cleanliness and hygiene - Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental health and safety regulations in Seychelles - Monitor and evaluate hygiene performance metrics and key performance indicators, reporting findings to senior management - Investigate hygiene-related incidents and complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions - Coordinate with external contractors, including pest control and specialist cleaning services,
