vivo is looking for a proactive Junior GTM Manager to support our go-to-market activities in Italy. ProductSalesStrategy:Developproduct‑mixplanningforprioritychannelsandchannel‑specificsalesstrategiesforeachproductline.Collaboratewithcross‑functionalteamstotrackandmanageplannedvolumesandinventoryturnoverthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
ChannelSalesStrategy:Reviewandmonitorannualandmonthlysalestargetsacrosschannels.Alignsalesandretailresourcestoensureon‑trackdeliveryoffull‑yearbusinessobjectives.
SalesAttribution&PerformanceImprovement;:Leverageinternalvolume‑priceforecastingandcompetitive‑benchmarkinsightstoformulatesalesstrategiesforprioritychannelsandkeyproducts,andproviderecommendationsforresource‑allocationdecisions.CollaboratewithItaly‑basedsales,retailandbrandteamstoexecuteinitiativesanddrivesalesperformanceuplift.

JobRequirements
Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,withminimum3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience.Priorexperienceinmobile‑industrychannel,sales,retailandproduct‑relatedrolesispreferred.
Strongcommunicationskills,rigorouslogicalthinking,sharpresult‑orientationandprovenabilitytolearnanditeraterapidly.
Highsenseofownershipandexecutioncapability;capableofindependentlydeliveringprojectsanddrivingcross‑partystakeholderstowardsharedgoals.
Proficient in both English and Chinese; Italian language proficiency at B2 level or above.
