CLIENT ADVISOR

SERRAVALLE OUTLET, AL

OFFERING:

- Basic Salary up to €30K
- Commission scheme + Company benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver an excellent level of customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales activities.
- Consistently maintain company standards, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk operations when required.
- Stay up to date with collections and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years’ experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with proven experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
- Strong experience in building and maintaining valuable, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous personality.
- Fluency in English is required.
