adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Rome store to drive performance by supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and retail execution, while leading the team on the shop floor to deliver a premium adidas experience.
You will motivate and develop your team, uphold visual merchandising standards, and analyze KPIs to improve profitability. This full-time, fixed-term role requires strong English and Italian communication and a customer-first mindset.
