The role is based in Milan and sits within our International Marketing team and will focus on optimizing and scaling our international presence. /p h3How You’ll Contribute /h3 ul lipbDrive regional growth across markets /b—owning the full marketing mix, performance analysis, and leadership reporting. /p /li lipbLead localization efforts /b, working with local contractors to adapt Eight Sleep’s communication assets, including the website, emails, and paid campaigns, for cultural and language relevance. /p /li lipbCollaborate with the Growth Marketing team /b to optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels through creative testing, bidding strategy, and data‑driven experimentation. /p /li lipbIdentify, negotiate, and activate partnerships /b with regional influencers, athletes, podcasts, sports clubs and brand collaborators to build relevance and trust with target audiences. /p /li lipbPlan and execute offline activations /b (e.g. product showcases, events, retail partnerships, club pop‑ups) to elevate brand presence and generate high‑impact product experiences. /p /li lipbSecure and maximize media coverage /b in premium regional outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility. /p /li lipbConduct market analysis /b, identifying regional trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform positioning and campaigns. /p /li lipbOwn marketing reporting /b, delivering synthesized insights, KPI tracking, and clear next steps to guide strategic decisions.
