ppAs Manufacturing Engineer your mission is to improve methods, processes, and tooling to optimize production requirements and material flow, apply knowledge of product design, materials and logistics, assembly methods, tooling and production equipment capabilities. /ppYou will report to the Manufacturing Team Leader of the Flow Team /ppYou will: /pullidefine logistics according to Lean manufacturing concepts, create, update and follow up assembly work instructions, train and support operators, work to maximize throughout, reduce cycle time, identify and solve constraints /lilidevelop and maintain reliable systems to improve and sustain operations and guarantee an efficient and solid information flow throughout all manufacturing processes /liliprovide an important link between shop floor personnel and Engineers, being a key resource for new products introduction projects and production representative on Project Team Meetings. /liliwork with individual projects that may be linked to continuous improvement, new way of assembly, logistics or whatever linked with the operations /liliparticipate in project teams taking part or full responsibility.
