We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warranty Specialist to join the SAIC Motor Italy Aftersales team. The role is essential to the balance of the work group and to creating a solid link between the workshop network and SAIC Motor Italy.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational and analytical skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and verification of warranty processes entered by dealerships belonging to the official SAIC Motor Italy network
- Verification and approval of entered warranties (both from a technical and procedural point of view)
- Assistance to the authorised network for the entry and completion of warranty requests
- Maintenance of the workshop network registry in SAIC Motor warranty systems
- Creation and delivery of training for the authorised network warranty personnel
- Possible visits to the authorised network for the purpose of warranty audits
- Support for new dealers to start up after-sales services
- Drafting of regular internal warranty reports to monitor the costs and performance of the dealerships
- Drafting of regular warranty reports to the dealerships to improve the efficiency of their work
Qualifications
- First or second level degree
- High level of familiarity with the office package and aptitude for the use of spare parts and warranty portals
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Analytical and proactive skills
- Willingness to travel
