You will develop Music Lights business in your assigned territory, combining commercial execution with solid technical knowledge of the products and their real-world applications. The goal is to create and close opportunities through a technical, consultative sales approach - running demos and building lasting relationships with designers, rental companies, system integrators, theatres and broadcasters. The role is territory-based, with a hybrid working model: around 70% of your time remote, between home office and customer visits across the territory, and around 30% at the HQ in Minturno (LT), to host visiting customers and for technical and commercial updates. /p h3bKey responsibilities /b /h3 ul lipDevelop business in the assigned territory by building a pipeline of opportunities, following up commercially and converting opportunities to reach sales targets. /p /li lipRun professional demos and presentations, showcasing the products in real workflows and applications, with in-depth knowledge of the product and of its positioning against competitors. /p /li lipOwn the entire sales cycle: pre-sales, product selection, quotations and after-sales coordination. /p /li lipEngage specifiers - lighting designers,
consultants and end customers - with application support and technical information, hosting them at the HQ and meeting them at their workplaces. /p /li lipOwn market and competitor intelligence: monitor trends and opportunities and share insight with internal teams. /p /li lipAct as the voice of the customer towards RD: gather structured feedback and functional requests, pass them to the RD department and update customers on the resulting implementations. /p /li lipKeep clear, up-to-date opportunity reporting (CRM) and independently plan visits and appointments. /p /li lipTravel across the territory: customer visits, local trade shows and events, and hosting customers visiting the HQ. /p /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul lipExperience as a lighting technician/operator in Concert Touring, Theatre or Broadcast/TV settings. /p /li lipCommercial mindset and customer focus. /p /li lipHands-on use of grandMA3 lighting controllers or equivalent. /p /li lipAutonomy and organisational skills: planning travel schedules, managing visits and appointments, building relationships and keeping clear and effective opportunity reporting. /p /li lipAbility to program and manage a demo showfile, including complex fixtures such as moving lights (cue lists, palettes/presets, playback, basic effects). /p /li lipKnowledge of English (B2 level), for manuals, technical terminology and liaising with international colleagues. /p /li lipCategory B driving licence. /p /li lipAvailability to travel in Italy and abroad ( 60%).
/p /li /ul h3bPreferred skills /b /h3 ul lipKnowledge of the regional market and its main players (distribution, rental, integrators, venues, designers). /p /li lipFamiliarity with CRM and commercial reporting tools. /p /li lipTechnical experience in the video sector, for example LED screens and media servers. /p /li /ul h3bSoft skills /b /h3 ul lipRelationship building and listening to the customer. /p /li lipNegotiation skills and results orientation. /p /li lipAutonomy, problem solving and time management while travelling. /p /li lipEffective communication and public speaking. /p /li /ul h3bContract and compensation /b /h3 ul lipContract: 12-month fixed-term contract, followed by a stable, continuing employment relationship /p /li lipClassification: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, livello C3. /p /li lipFixed RAL: from €28,750 to €32,000 gross per year over 13 mensilità, based on experience and skills. /p /li lipPerformance-based variable pay: up to 20% of RAL.
