Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Local Trial Manager (LTM) in Milano to run assigned clinical trials (Phases 1–4) within the assigned TA, starting from start-up through database lock. You will oversee local trial teams, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory standards.
You will mentor CTAs and LTMs, collaborate with MCO, maintain site relationships, and support process improvements.
