FBK-SD invites applications for a tenure-track Researcher in Custom Radiation Sensors. You will lead design, simulations and experimental work to advance silicon radiation detectors for scientific, medical, and space applications.
The role offers a tenure-track path toward a permanent R3 position, with leadership in projects within IPCEI ME/CTI and a dynamic collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in TCAD, layout tools, and data analysis (ROOT, MATLAB, Python) is expected.
