Reporting

Reports to: Chapter Lead.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with global specialists to support innovation strategies.
- Developing technical frameworks for emerging technologies in energy transition and industrial decarbonization.
- Conducting feasibility studies and benchmarking technologies.
- Evaluating projects and supporting collaboration with academia and internal teams.
- Working in an agile, hybrid environment and building relationships across the innovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of industrial R&D; experience.
- Degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline (Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with research collaborations, particularly with academia.
- Knowledge of energy systems, power electronics, microgrids, and emerging fuel technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20‑30% of the time.
