San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking an experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of banquets, conferences and events on-site in Venice. The role partners with kitchen, sales and front office to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise banquet staff, manage room setups, monitor food and beverage service, and help with scheduling, training, and cost monitoring while upholding health and safety standards and hotel procedures.
