Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Livorno, Italy

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient Service Technician to ensure the highest standards of installation, commissioning, and after-sales support for our earthmoving machinery products. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and after-sales service support for earthmoving machinery products.
- Coordinate local service partners or technical teams to guarantee delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
- Troubleshoot customer problems on-site and provide effective technical solutions.
- Gather user feedback to contribute to product experience optimization.




- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in earthmoving machinery products service delivery, technical support, or field service roles.
- In-depth familiarity with earthmoving machinery product mechanics, operational procedures, and common fault resolution.
- Professional proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with technical teams.
- An educational or professional background in fields like mechanical maintenance, mechatronics, or engineering services is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to undertake travels, with strong problem-solving skills in field settings.
