The Luxury Collection, part of Marriott International, Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, is seeking a Chef de Partie for the staff canteen to prepare daily meals for hotel employees in a clean, safe kitchen environment.

You will work with the executive sous chef to plan menus, cook meals, maintain hygiene, and ensure quality and consistency while supporting the team across shifts.
