We are seeking a Breast & Skeletal Agents Sales Manager to lead our Breast & Skeletal capital equipment business across Italy. You will play a key role in growing Hologic's presence in the Italian radiology and capital equipment market, building strong relationships with agents, customers and internal stakeholders, while shaping the strategic direction of the division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, driven sales professional to take ownership of a high-value national territory and help continue the growth of Hologic's Breast & Skeletal capital business in Italy.
What to Expect
- Manage and develop a national network of sales agents covering the whole of Italy, driving performance against national sales targets for the capital equipment portfolio.
- Build and execute a national strategic sales plan, breaking down targets into clear, actionable district-level strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers across customer organisations, hospitals and healthcare networks.
- Analyse market data, competitive positioning and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks within the territory.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development and customer support teams across the pan-European organisation.
- Proudly represent Hologic at national events and sales meetings.
What We Expect
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science related degree, preferred degrees include Biomedical Engineering or Radiology.
- Strong medical device capital equipment sales experience, ideally within radiology portfolios.
- Experience managing or leading a team of sales agents or a sales network is highly valued but not essential.
- Deep understanding of the Italian healthcare market, customer segments and buying/decision-making processes.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with confident use of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) to drive personal and team performance.
- Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead through change.
- Results oriented, proactive and resilient, with a genuine passion and drive to grow Hologic's capital equipment business in Italy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, and good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Full Clean Italian driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Italy, approximately 70–80% of working time, 3–4 days per week.

Salary: €50,000-€56,000 gross pa base + commission (€75,000 – €84,000) based on target performance with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
