CELINE is seeking a Production Director to oversee strategic and operational manufacturing across two plants in Tuscany. You will drive scheduling, Lean transformation, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Lead a large team and collaborate with Development, Supply Chain, and Quality departments. The role requires 8–10 years in production leadership, strong project management, and excellent communication across a global organization.
