- Plan, execute and monitor projects to accurately gather requirements
- Manage schedules and resources, organize progress meetings and evaluate project needs by strategic importance, feasibility and impact
- Review tender documents and prepare technical responses for public and private tenders, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met
- Maintain and update all project and tender documentation, including progress reports to senior management
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, working closely with technical, quality, legal, commercial and administrative departments, to collect all relevant information required for tender preparation and management
- Monitor tender deadlines and requirements, ensure responses meet standards and record agreed improvement proposals
- Deliver operational assistance for daily project management, ensuring that all activities align with established priorities and that objectives are met within designated timeframes.
- Monitor and coordinate bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements, and freight forwarders




- Negotiate documentary credits

Competenze ed esperienza

- Technical master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in similar roles in manufacturing or energy industry
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of SAP management system
- Knowledge of MS Project is considered a plus

Range retributivo Euro 40.000 - 50.000
