Numa is seeking a Guest Experience Host to join our on-site team in Rome, delivering exceptional guest interactions across online and in-person channels. You’ll balance digital communications with face-to-face service, manage bookings and inquiries, and provide local tips to create memorable stays.

Based in Rome, you will work rotating shifts, speak English and Italian fluently, and become the local hospitality expert.
